We want you to be confident entering competitions on PhotoComps. Please read our refund policy carefully before submitting an entry.
Once a competition entry fee has been paid and your photo submitted, the entry fee is non-refundable. This is because your entry immediately contributes to the prize pool shared by all participants.
In the unlikely event that PhotoComps cancels a competition before its closing date, all entry fees paid for that competition will be refunded in full to the original payment method within 14 business days.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents your entry from being properly submitted after payment, please contact us at admin@photocomps.com within 7 days. We will investigate and issue a refund or credit if the issue was caused by our Platform.
If you are charged twice for the same entry due to a technical error, please contact us immediately. Duplicate charges will be refunded promptly.
If your entry is disqualified for violating our Terms of Service (e.g. submitting prohibited content), no refund will be issued.
